Which post-apocolyptic movie do you think is most realistic?

With how bleak everything has been the past few years, what movie's events seem like they could come to pass? I think the most accurate I've seen, which I wouldn't have expected not too long ago, is Idiocracy. People watering plants with Gatorade wouldn't surprise me much these days.

The Day After Tomorrow is probably the most realistic, should we enter a massive ice age in a 24 hour period. Most of the other films aren't very accurate, and are mostly propaganda. The BBC film Threads was utter shit as far as being realistic, and that's the most hardcore of apocalyptic films there are.

World war z I feel like would be the extreme we might see

The Road always stood out as a super realistic answer to fallout and other post apocalypse movies. It’s just so bleak and empty and hopeless.
