Opening 60 links in 1 minute, is not "as slow as I can"
Yes the system is labelling you incorrectly as a scraper "bot" , but when you are consistently, over 9 minutes, opening 80-100 links PER MINUTE, then yes the system will auto detect and rate limit your account.

I found out why, it was a script I had installed recently that forced images to load (needed it for some other site).
