Why were my threads rejected?

I posted a leak thread and a help thread, both were rejected, what did I do wrong?

The moderator must have felt that the filehost / content combo was low quality

When I post a link in a thread, it would say "This is fatal error. Please report this using the Forum Feedback Tool"
Has this issue been resolved?

I’m pretty sure they have to be accepted first

For me it usually always works
