Are you kidding me? The mandatory lock downs aren't even legally binding. They're not getting enforced at all, fat chance having mask mandate actually mattering.

Even if it is, the enforcement will be arbitrary. When covid first exploded, there were videos of maskless people in parks being fine, while others were being arrested for refusing to wear a mask.
