I think that it depends upon what people want. If microsoft notices a surge in popularity in vr, then they will probably create a vr solution for the series x. I think it would be smart of them to do it.

I imagine it’s a cost vs reward thing. The motion sensing thing was a big swing and a miss so they might be hesitant
