Workout Listen Material

What do you listen to or have on when you are working out? I am going to start and figured id start with some music, but like my friend cant workout unless he has something more to take his mind off it like movies or tv on he can look over at

Metal. The hardest, fastest metal I can find is what I listen to.

And never, ever, listen to anything funny while lifting free weights.

99% of the time its metal of some style. One of my regular tracks in rotation is "Shield Wall" by Amon Amarth, among bout 500 others.

when im running or on my bike its 80's hair metal or 70's rock, good bass and guitar solos with nice melodies to keep my mind off the road.

if im lifting then heavy metal like slipknot, maiden, metallica and disturbed. keeps the fuck you mentality going
