Workout Routine

What are your guys workout routine? right now i lift 3 days a week and do sprints twice a week.

damn that's decent I've been slacking recently.. I don't know how you have the motivation for it. I lost it when I got a gf.

I've been enjoying calisthenics a lot lately. Pushups, pullups, vertical/horizontal pull exercises. I have a gym membership but I've been liking the convenience at home plus personally it feels like good progression compared to just a number on a plate that's going up. Like you can level up and do cool stuff like muscle-ups and L-sits

There's an app called jefit that let's u add in workouts that I find really helpful in gym, I just do gym 5 days a week with repeating muscle groups every 3 days
