Just as the title says, I want to know some good workouts, preferably something I can easily do at home to broaden my shoulders and also rounder shoulders.
Just do a shit of push up. Start with maybe 100 per day. Spread them out like 20 per set and 5 times a day. When you get to about 400 per day, you will look like superman
I’d recommend doing some work for the side delts and rear delts, these two will help give your shoulders a 3D look and help even out the front delts which people tend to have overdevelopment from benching or push-ups, or just neglecting on of other heads of the delts.
