It doesn't make new episodes anymore I think but Big Bang Theory was painful.  The laugh track littered after every other line spoken made it doubly painful.

Not as popular as it once was but I think The Simpsons qualifies. Compared to its golden years and peak popularity the show has been terrible for more years than it's been good.

8 was good because it stopps the nightmare
