How does someone learn how to program? It seems pretty interesting creating your own stuff like games and websites and I would like to learn how to do it. Like what languages are thing things like that. Open to discussion!

For websites, use MS .NET WebApi (C#) or Java. For games, depending on platform but C# would also be a good start for DX games.
