Honestly, if it was well-written and acted well, I'd probably pay a small amount of money for it. It's pretty terrible when you want to watch porn for the plot and it's just cringe and nonsensical.

I don't really like plot in porn so I wouldn't really pay for this reason. If the performance were great I would, but not because of some script, really.
From what I've seen the plot is usually better in some JAVs, that's not saying much though.
I guess it's not my thing.

If you pay for porn, then you have failed the internet.
The internet is awash with smut. It is beyond me why anyone would pay one cent for porn.
I also dont get the OF subscribers doling out money for their favorite starlet. I mean she may be hot, but streaming sites are full of hot babes.
So the answer to your question is NO. Good acting or not, not paying for it.
If you're asking which porn setups I prefer, then the amateur, normal scenes. No silly acting, no corny lines. Good example of what I like are Justin Slayer or DFW Knight scenes. Brothalovers, despite the bad photography, also gets down to the basics: raw, lustful sex.

Honestly I only really watch porn for the porn, not the acting. So I find myself more attracted to amateur stuff and even Asian (JAV, Korean, Chinese etc.) since they are normally straight to the good part, or if the foreign stuff does have story, you can’t even understand it so you don’t know how cringe it is.

I wouldn't really pay for better acting. I would like to see better acting in porn so I can see how creative they can be before all the action.
