I've read interviews with some of them and they admit to making at least $10,000 every month and 
sometimes up to $40,000 depending on the content

even the smaller ones can make a few thousand every month. plus there's tips, custom content etc

onlyfans takes 30% which is a lot but from what i read, porn studios pay crap in comparison
and it's a lot more work

Not sure I'd be able to make one if I were a woman, especially a hot one. It's kind of a hard sell to a future significant other like yeah man.. showed my b hole to a bunch of horny guys and made a shit ton of money. That'll kinda kill a mood real quick, I would think. If I were a good-looking woman yes, but imagine reading the messages they get from creeps on the daily plus some people label them as whores so having that in the back of your day when you interact with people can't be pleasant. Interesting thing to think about is when they get older and MAYBE get married and try to have a family, their work is going to be sitting on the internet.

If I was hot it would be tempting to start an Onlyfans for the easy money. But these days I feel like you don't need to be naked to maximize profits, just dancing around in somewhat revealing clothing on Twitch nets you a good chunk of change. So I'd probably do that first and if I ever decided to start an OF then I definitely wouldn't show my face. Career ender.
