How many of you like The X-Files or similar shows? What do you X-Files fans think of the newest seasons? There are some fans that didn't like the X-Files after Season Five after the basement incident which is when production moved to Los Angeles for filming. Of course there was a bigger divide when Robert Patrick replaced David Duchovny in Season 8. But after all of that within the era of television revivals we get Season 9 and 10, what do you fans think about the newest seasons?
Personally, I thought the last seasons were the weakest, though enjoyable for what they were and I appreciate the fact that it exists at all and it's better to have something than nothing. The seasons pitfall might be due to being too short, therefore less chances of having solid episodes. Season 11 had more episodes and had some memorable episodes that were reminiscent of the former X-Files spirit and charm such as "Plus One" and "The Lost Art of Forehead Sweat".
