I recently found myself running out of space on my PC and external HDD for all my movies, games and photos.
to solve my issue i decided to build a NAS, its still in early stages. 
an old PC running UNRAID for the OS and two 12tb HDD in parity.

what is your solution for all your data storage?

lots of big hdds in a desktop although building a server is on the to do list

I use several cloud storage accounts and cloud seedr accounts.  VPS and VM accounts with residential proxies.  I try to limit direct downloads and potentially harmful files on my PC and laptop.  It is a flawed system when it comes to speed, but the security of not being directly linked to my personal accounts makes up for it.

Just stream it, view it, delete it. Move on. It is all jsut data and not worth wasting your time hoarding. believe me I have had a hoarding problem. Not worth it.
