Doctor who has some good ones. Two that stand out to me come from the 11th and the 12th.
The one where the 11th talks to a parasitic god and despite the doctors young looks you get the feel of how old and tired he really is.
The 12th has some good ones but the one I like most is where he confronts the master and missy. "I do what I do because it right! Because it's decent. And above all its kind."
