I have cook for many years, but the dish i get the most compliments on and that people always ask me to make for them for the holidays or get together in my lasagna. I always end up making 6 to 10 hotel pan lasagnas around Christmas for family and friends.

I make a pretty amazing green Thai curry. The trick is that people are afraid of adding fish sauce around these parts, thinking it'll make the food taste fishy and not realising that it's a flavour enhancer, and so a lot of that flavour actually just amplifies the others. It's also a little versatile in that you can alter it depending on if your guests are spice junkies, or the sort of people who can't even handle ground pepper on their meal.
