[Bug Catcher Welly]

i just wanted to know what western people think about the moe genre, i see people try to cancel the show because i features "underaged" anime girls...
i don't know, maybe because i have lived my whole life watching these shows since i'm still currently staying in asia, i don't understand why people find the genre offensive.
everyone likes different things, i don't like shows like my hero academia because its such a overdone shounen genre, but i don't try to take it down, if everyone else enjoys it, go ahead right?

I always feel this overwhelming cynicism towards the Moe genre for some reason, I guess the overly cutesy nature of it just annoys the shit out of me lol.
Though don't let this discourage you from watching moe, I'm just giving my two cents
