mmm Lamb strew is one of my favorites. Clam chowder is amazing with popovers, pizza dough, make massive amounts of burritos and freeze them, lasagna, eggs Benedict for breakfast nom.
I like ramen noodles with julienne vegetables with oyster sauce, soy, honey, garlic, ginger, lemon or lime and sesame oil, can even add a little bit of peanut butter (sounds weird) but it's just a good sauce lol

Fried Rice! You can pretty much toss whatever you want in there to make endless combinations. Whenever you have no idea what to make for yourself just grab a few veggies and your choice of protein and just throw it all in together.
