I don't think its the best I've seen, but Hell House LLC was really good. Don't bother with the others tho, they fall apart after the first.

good question, i am not a fan of horror films but it depends on every taste, some prefer heavier films but with a weak story, others prefer a lighter film but with a good story

The original Blair Witch Project is still one of the scariest movies ive ever seen. I had a camera like the one in the film so it felt real to me.
