I prefer torrenting to streaming. That way, you don't have to be dependent on your ISP's bandwith for the stream quality.

Streaming is still downloading, you're just not getting a full 4k download because ISPs do their own thing. When you do a full download first, you know you get quality. I have some streaming stuff and it always lags.
