Yes! Yes! Crazy to think that the first time I see someone mention this is on a leaks forum of all places lol.
Do you know what it is? I've always assumed it's making blood rush through somewhere in the head somehow, or maybe tensing up a muscle and pushing against some inner part of the ear.

Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. When I have sinus problems, I can't do it.
