I don't think you can fix a broken MEGA link, as it is no longer accessible on the server.

What do you mean disconnected ? 

If you mean where the URL and key are separated, just click (or copy paste) the URL and it will ask you foe the key. 

Just make sure you aren't pasting a space with the key
