Has someone of you ever had any kind of near death experience?
Sometimes when i lie in my bed i have the unhealthy feeling that im close to it but how would it actally be?
Also i know thats just my head whos trolling me but its pretty fked up.

Sometimes when I have a panic attack I feel like I'm a different entity living inside my own head and watching myself die. Perhaps it's an anxiety thing?
