i have been seeing these ads on joining some online academy, learning how to do social media ads, 
they write that its easy to do and all this money you can make yadada 
but is it true? anyone on here that knows about this? are they scam artists or is it real?
or its just a very small amount of the people that actyally makes it?

I'd ignore those ads. You'll learn more by paying attention to actual social media than these online academies, who will only make you pay attention to actual social media, as their coursework.
