i wrote this thread in the upgrade forum as well, but I didn't get a reply there so imma try it here. I want to upgrade to the Onyx tier but I do not have a credit card since getting a credit card only for this payment would be useless and I don't have crypto either. Is there any way I can upgrade without needing crypto or credit cards?

Hey hey!
I left a message in the relevant upgrade section, but I leave it here as well.
I wanted to upgrade my account by paying with my international Mastercard.
But it looks like my card is rejected, whereas i use it for many other transations without any issue.
Is there a reason for this and how shall i proceed?

I was previously an ONYX member but got an email saying my elite sub was expiring, so I re-upped that, but didnt know it would cancel the ONYX. Please help, can we revert back?

well as far as i can see only crypto is accepted now, not even an option for credit card on the upgrade page

so not sure if you can upgrade without crypto
