work out program

hi, ive been thinking of hitting the gym lately. 
but what kinda program should i start with?  any suggestion?

I suggest talking a trainer, work out programs depend on your needs and eating habits. Going to extreme could cause serious injury and going to lite won’t show gains. Suggesting a plan without knowing your body type, eating habits and end goals is not a good plan.

Depends on your goals, but the standard format many people use is push/pull/legs rotation.

So,
Day 1 - chest/triceps/shoulders
Day 2 - back/biceps
Day 3 - legs

You can squeeze abs, cardio, or rest into however it works for you depending on what you're going for. Just keep good form and start off light really.

Most important is that you're consistent with whichever routine your choose and that you maintain a balanced diet
