Bodyweight Workouts?
#1
With Covid being more serious around the world I'm starting to seriously think through what an entirely at-home workout routine could look like. Anyone have any good recommendations that work well for if I get locked in my home and my gym shuts down?

Not sure what equipment you have at home, but you could try convict conditioning or other calisthenic programs

Basic calisthenic programs are good, and it could be a good idea to buy a pull up rack if you have money. Could be used for variety of back/core exercises

As other have mentioned, calisthenic is a very good bodyweight workout. You can work your back and core (the most important set of muscles imo most of the lifts require a good core).

I have done freeletics long time ago. Tiring workout and i think effective if you keep on.

DO these exercsies. Use any weight you can find around the house. Sand bag is great if you know barbell movements then can be executed the same with a sandbag.

Darabee workouts have tons of body weight exercises you can try.

do some home workout plans like p90x

Look into some high intensity interval training and do some simple "tabata" work outs. Just search "Tabata workouts" into google images and you can find something simple to do for 30 minutes. Get a tabata timer on your phone as well.

There's a ton of free (with the option for pay) apps on the appstore. I recommend Muscle Memory. Tons of routines that you can do from home. Good idea, keep up the motivation!

I've been using $30 gymnastic rings I got on amazon and they are really good.  For legs I've just been doing a variety of weighted lunges and cossack squats.
