I think an individual is more inclined to purchase onlyfans rather than traditional porn since there is a sense of connection because you are buying straight from the creator (no production company, etc.) and you now have a direct contact to said creator. If you like a certain girl you can now subscribe to their only fans rather than paying a monthly subscription to a porn site that they only appear in one video every couple of months. I do believe traditional porn will always have a presence in this type of content but onlyfans and other personal platforms are the way forward.

It's probably better for the consumer as the people who we actually care about in the porn, the girls, are more likely to make more. A lot of porn girls got paid really little for their work and that's why they disappeared after a few videos.

More competition between them will benefit the consumers.
Companies have to up their product, to show why they are much better content than onlyfans. Pay the girl extra to do first Anal scene on their website etc etc.
Onlyfans girls have to go the extra mile, because there is just so much competition out there.
