I think its a scam to get people to buy the premium and all the thank you replies are fake. I tried getting at level 0 and still wasn't high enough while all repliers are at like -100. Also almost all repliers joined date is same as post date.

You need to be at +100 contributor rating.

Each thread you create is worth 5 rating points.
