What's up? Are you also struggling to return to a normal sleep schedule?

I don't know about you guys, but I have become completely nocturnal during quarantine. It's much quieter at night, and I don't have to worry about anyone else interrupting me when I'm working. Perhaps this is the way I was always meant to be.

Meditating? I'm not even sure where to begin with that. I feel like my ADD won't help, but if it works for you I'm glad.

I just quit trying to fix it at this point it ll work itself out somehow

It seems like this is our new norm, so I hope everyone is adjusted to our new way of life. Some things are better, and some things are worse. At least I get to rub one out a lot more Smile
